Regulator Adapters

To test alternators with external regulators on your JIMCO TB-QC5 test bench, an external regulator and a regulator adapter must be used.

The regulator adapter plugs into the TB-QC5's test lead connector, with the appropriate alternator test lead plugged into the regulator adapter.

The following adapters and regulators are available directly from JIMCO:

TB-FIELD-A12V

Regulator Adapter for 12-volt "A" circuit alternators

(Use with Chrysler CH-537 reg.)

TB-FIELD-B12V

Regulator Adapter for 12-volt "B" circuit alternators

(Use with Ford GR-540 reg.)
